- Open the downloaded file, drag Sayvanta into your Applications folder, then open Sayvanta from there.
- Choose a shortcut and allow microphone access. Text insertion also needs the relevant system access.
- Download a speech model that fits your language and computer.
- Hold your shortcut, speak, and release.
Speech models vary in size and hardware needs. Internet access is needed to download them; local recognition can then run without sending your audio to a transcription service.
