Withdraw from contract here

Bought Sayvanta as a consumer in the EU or the UK? You can withdraw from your order within 14 days from the day you got access, without giving a reason.
  • Fill in the form and choose Confirm withdrawal. Your withdrawal counts from that moment, and you get a confirmation by email with its date and time.
  • We then refund your full payment within 14 days, through Link, to the payment method you used, and the license or update renewal it paid for ends.

You can also withdraw through Link support, giving “cooling-off period” as the reason, or by email to hello@sayvanta.com.

Past the 14 days, or bought for a business? Within 30 days of your purchase, the money-back guarantee in the terms applies: email us.

Preferably the address you used at checkout, so we can find your purchase.

For example the receipt number from Link’s email, or the plan and the purchase date. You may add the first characters of your license key (such as SV-AB12), but never the whole key.

By choosing Confirm withdrawal, you withdraw from the contract for this purchase.
